Danielle Greendeer attended the American Booksellers Association Conference in June to promote her new children's book Keepunumuk: Weeâchumun's Thanksgiving Story. Her book tells the story of two kids from the Mashpee Wampanoag tribe who learn the story of Weeâchumun (corn) and the first Thanksgiving. Danielle plans on attending various book tours and conferences around the country to promote this Wampanoag story.
